Ahote felt bad for making Chenoa upset, but he had to move on. He couldn’t just sit around pining for a girl who did not want him. Chenoa had made her choice and Ahote was not it. Seeing Chenoa get jealous actually made Ahote mad. How dare she get jealous when she chose some guy, she barely knows over me? Ahote thought. We had history she could have at least given me a shot I mean she never told me how she felt either, he thought. Aoki saw the grimace of deep thought on Ahote’s face. She turned around to see what had gotten him so angry and she saw Chenoa staring at them.
